Adam Chernok

Adam’s practice at the Bar is predominantly focused on criminal defence, administrative law and public interest cases where a critical approach to the police’s investigation is required. This sees him acting for clients from all walks of life and in a number of jurisdictions - both in Australia and abroad. He enjoys the privilege of ardently guarding his clients’ rights, particularly in the face of improper or illegal police conduct.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Adam gained a wealth of experience in a variety of roles in the legal profession, including as a Supreme Court Judge’s Associate and sole practitioner. He also continues to undertake research and writing projects.
