Tim Harvey
Tim practices in both criminal and family law.
He has extensive experience as a criminal defence advocate in both summary and indictable crime. Since coming to the Bar, he has appeared regularly in a wide variety of matters in the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts.
Tim also maintains a busy family law practice, appearing regularly in both parenting and property disputes. He is available to provide advice, draw documents and appear at pre-trial hearings, mediations and final hearings.
